When it suggests a change, such as a new entry, a category, a goal contribution or a bill, it stages a proposal card that you confirm or dismiss. It never writes to your books or moves money on its own.
No, by design. You add entries by hand, in a sentence to the Advisor, or by photographing a receipt and letting the Advisor read it. Because nothing depends on a bank's API, the picture stays complete across countries, banks and cash — and Azno never holds bank credentials or has any way to move your money.

Coins are the unit the Advisor spends when it answers. 1,000 coins equal one US dollar. Plans refill your coins every month, packs top them up, and you can see what each answer cost. Coins never expire.
Your data is isolated per account and only the advisor you invoke can read it, only when you ask. Azno keeps only what the service needs to work — your account, your books, your conversations and settings — and nothing else about you. Payments are handled by Stripe, so Azno never sees card numbers. Other tools can be connected through revocable, scoped tokens that you control. Azno does not sell data, and you can ask for a copy or full deletion at any time.
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; the plan runs to the end of the paid month and stops, and the coins from months you paid for stay yours. Your first subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days if you have barely used the coins it added. Coin packs are delivered instantly and are final once credited. Mistaken or duplicate charges are always refunded — the full rules are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
