Terms of Service

The service

Azno is a personal finance and budgeting web application with an AI advisor, operated by Zdravevski Professionals of Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia("Azno", "we"). By creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are part of them. Azno is a live product; features change, and we say so when they do.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address you control; we verify it before the account opens.
• Keep your password to yourself. Everything done with your account is treated as done by you; tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
• One person, one account. Automated sign-ups are refused, and accounts created by bots are removed.
• We may require accounts to be approved before use, and may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms after telling you why, unless the law prevents us from saying.

Plans, Azno Coins and billing

• The ledger, accounts, budgets, goals, debts, recurring bills and payroll are free, with no card required.
• The Azno Advisor runs on Azno Coins. A monthly plan refills your coins each billing cycle; a coin pack adds coins once. 1,000 coins equal one US dollar of Advisor usage, coins never expire, and every reply shows what it cost.
• Coins are a unit of usage inside Azno. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or paid out, and cannot be converted back into money except as the Refund & Cancellation Policy describes. Coins granted by mistake or obtained by circumventing coin accounting may be removed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars; your bank may apply its own exchange rate. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds — including the 14-day money-back on a first subscription payment and the rule that coin packs are final once credited — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we announce it in advance.

The AI advisor is not a financial adviser

The Azno Advisor reads the numbers you keep in Azno and explains, calculates and proposes. It is software, not a licensed financial, tax, legal or investment professional. Its answers are information based on what you entered — they can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not advice you should act on without your own judgement or a professional's. It cannot move money and has no access to any bank, card or payment method. Every change it proposes to your books happens only after you confirm it, and you are responsible for what you confirm. The same goes for the blog: it is general information, not advice for your situation.

Your data

Your books and conversations are yours. We store and process them only to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes, and you can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your own records where the law requires them, and for any third-party API keys or integrations you connect. You give us the limited licence needed to store, process and show your content back to you; nothing more.

Acceptable use

Do not use Azno to break the law; to attack, probe or overload the service; to scrape, copy or resell it; to circumvent coin accounting or payment; to upload malware or content you have no right to store; or to harass anyone. Do not reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows. We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Our content and yours

Azno, its design, code, name and logo belong to Zdravevski Professionals. The blog may be quoted with a link back. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without owing you anything for it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Azno available and your data safe, and we back it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, add or retire features; when a change affects something you pay for, we say so in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Azno is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, and Zdravevski Professionals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or savings, or for decisions you make based on the product, its advisor or the blog. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve months is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Azno at any time and delete your account by writing to hello@azno.app. We may end it as described under "Your account". Sections about coins, liability, our content and governing law survive the end of the agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes are brought before the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia, except that if you are a consumer you keep the right to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules, and the courts, of the country where you live. Talk to us first — most things are solved with one email.

The rest

These terms, with the policies they name, are the whole agreement between us. If a part is found invalid the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term today does not mean we give it up. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use Azno after a change means you accept it.
